I entered the caller's name in the appropriate text box.
I DID NOT REPORT THAT THE CALLER'S NAME WAS UNKNOWN!!
In the drop down menu for Businss of Call, there were very few choices except negative ones. THE ONLY non-negative choice was UNKNOWN - for BUSINESS OF CALL. HIS NAME IS CLEARLY PRINTED, IN ALL CAPS NOW, IN THE TEXTBOX ASKING FOR HIS NAME.I am not happy to see you reported my three messages as COMPLAINTS in big letters. What I am trying to say is, this business appears to be legitimate. This is how a financial service finds new customers. The person calling is trying to make a living If you don't want or need what they are selling say so! If you keep getting called by the robo-dialer after you reported them, block the number. I did not answer the first few times they called me. I was busy. When I did answerI explained that I no longer needed the service. That was it. No more calls have been made from this company. A robo-dialer is programmed to keep calling until the phone is answered and someone speaks. It is voice-activated. So, if no one speaks it hangs up and calls back later.
There are a lot of scammers out there. I do NOT think this is one of them.

THIS IS A COMMENT. NOT A COMPLAINT. Business of Call was: Financial Services This was not included as a choice in the drop down menu. I filled out a questionaire online and was told several lenders would call. The first lender I talked to was Tyson Barry. He works for Academy Mortgage. Here is a link to his web page on the company's website. I spoke with him directly.He was polite and professional.

This number called my cell phone and since it is the same area code as mine, I was hoping it was someone I knew. However, I never answer the phone unless I know who's calling. So I checked to see if there was a voicemail. Nada. Checked online to see if it was a known nuisance call and couldn't find anything. So then, I blocked my number and called it back (a few hours later), and I got a number disconnected message. WTH??
