This was a phone call regarding my nonexistent credit card debt. When I asked to be removed from the call log he joked about my "pleasure voice". When I asked to speak to a manager he refused saying that he was the manager and would not remove me from the call log. He eventually hung up when he realized I wouldn't help him.

They are claiming they are the "IRS" and that they are filing a lawsuit against who ever answers phone, as name is never mentioned. This is obviously scam. They are asking for the answerer to call them back. I'm not sure what their motive is and what they are looking for. Also the Id reads as wireless caller.

This phone number has called us 8 times in an hour. We keep telling them to take us off their list but the calls keep coming.
