Receiving tape recorded calls from this number offering a week long vacation in different parts of Florida & before it will transfer the call it asks you to confirm whether or not you understood the message. Sounds like a complete scam!!

Claimed he was from American Shopping Network and gave this phone number. Called him back and he actually answered! Claimed I had won a prize of $450,000. All I had to do was wire $400 to Sanford Hinkes, 152 Church Street, Miami, FL 33193. Obvious scammer.
