My wife called from her cell but this number showed up on the caller id 208-866-0000. That is not her number. I called the number and got a voice recording saying \"this is verizon wireless, the number you have dialed has been changed, disconnected, or is no longer in service. If you feel you have reached this recording in error please hang up and dial your call again. recording ???????.

This person has been trying to sell me a car. After doing some research I found that this number has been reported for a car selling scam. Promising delivery of desired vehicle once payment has been made through \'ebay\'. This person has scammed before and is continually trying through websites like craigslist.org
