They said they were from the US Treasury Department. Call came out of Puerto Rico not Washington DC or NYC. Zero reason to be called by the Treasury Department. I haven't been to Puerto Rico since the 1980's either.

I just received a recorded message from this number. It would not let me disconnect. The call lasted more than 6 minutes.
This is abusive use of the telephone. Especially since I had an emergency call to make.
